Static IP is a feature available on the Comprehensive plan that ensures all scan traffic from A11y Pulse originates from a single, fixed IP address. This allows you to allowlist our scanner in your firewall, security software, or hosting provider’s access controls.
A11y Pulse’s static IP address
When static IP is enabled, all scans for your sites will originate from the following IP address:
134.199.187.185
Add this address to your allowlist to ensure A11y Pulse can reach pages that are otherwise restricted to external traffic.
Enabling static IP
To enable static IP on your account, contact us at [email protected]. Once enabled, all scans for your sites will use the static IP address above.
When to use static IP
Static IP is useful if your website:
- Sits behind a firewall or IP allowlist
- Uses a Web Application Firewall (WAF) that blocks unknown traffic
- Is hosted on a private network or staging environment with restricted access
- Requires IP-based authentication to access certain pages
Upgrading to the Comprehensive plan
Static IP is available on the Comprehensive plan. If you are on a lower-tier plan and would like access to this feature, you can upgrade your plan from the Billing section of your account settings.
